HTeaO has added four new executives to its leadership team, according to a press release.

Kelsey McManemin has stepped into the role of VP of marketing, having previously served as senior director of marketing. She brings a wealth of experience from her tenure at nationally recognized brands such as Salata Salad Kitchen, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, CiCi’s Pizza, Raising Cane’s and more.

Brittany Burris assumes the role of VP of store development. She previously served as director of construction at HteaO. Burris’s extensive background in project management, garnered from her time at JLL, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Smoothie King, Cici’s Pizza and more.

Donnell Ray has been appointed as the VP of retail stores, transitioning from the role of human resources director at HteaO. He previously served 20 years in the U.S. Army, and served as operations and human resources positions at Amazon, Engility Corporation and more.

Finally, Nicole Boyles has been promoted to director of stores, formerly an operations consultant with the brand. She brings more than 20 years’ experience at Starbucks and Black Rifle Coffee Company.

As we embark on the next phase of our journey for national expansion, it is essential to have a team of seasoned professionals who share our vision and values,” Heath Nielsen, president of HTeaO, said in the press release. “These recruitments underscore our commitment to excellence and will undoubtedly propel HTeaO to new heights.”

HteaO offers premium tea, water and coffee products. In January 2023, HTeaO announced a minority partnership with two Dallas-based private equity firms, Crux Capital and Trive Capital, signaling a strategic move for stable expansion.
