A popular Texas-based tea brand appears to be setting its sights on a new Central Texas expansion. HTeaO is building a new location in Manor, a suburb northeast of Austin, according to a recent Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) filing.
The $1.2 million construction will mark Manor’s first HTeaO, which may be near a new massive shopping complex currently being developed in the area. This comes after Manor residents have yearned for more variety in food and grocery options as the city continues to grow near Austin.
According to the TDLR filing, the scope of work for the new HTeaO includes construction for a “2,491-square-foot one-story building for the sale of beverages.” The Amarillo-based company sells over 26 flavors of tea, water, and other related drinks.
