ELIGIBILITY FOR A RETURN
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date and returned to the store in which the
purchase occurred.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, including all tags attached and
within their original packaging.
• A valid receipt must accompany all returns as proof of purchase.
INSPECTION OF RETURNS
• All returned items will undergo an inspection by our management team to verify if they adhere to our return
criteria.
APPROVAL AND REFUND PROCESS
• Following a successful return inspection, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
• Please note, returns of YETI products are subject to an evaluation by our store management.
EXCEPTIONS
• Sale items cannot be refunded and are not eligible for returns.
• Lip Balm is deemed final sale and is ineligible for return.
• Gift Cards are deemed final sale; hence they are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
