We appreciate your patronage at HTeaO and are committed to your satisfaction. Our products are crafted with care and we strive to meet your expectations. However, should there be an occasion where you’re not entirely pleased with your purchase, we invite you to familiarize yourself with our refund policy detailed below.

Eligibility for a return

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date and returned to the store in which the purchase occurred.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, including all tags attached and within their original packaging.
A valid receipt must accompany all returns as proof of purchase.

INSPECTION OF RETURNS

All returned items will undergo an inspection by our management team to verify if they adhere to our return criteria.

APPROVAL AND REFUND PROCESS

Following a successful return inspection, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please note, returns of YETI products are subject to an evaluation by our store management.

Exceptions

Sale items cannot be refunded and are not eligible for returns.
Lip Balm is deemed final sale and is ineligible for return.
Gift Cards are deemed final sale; hence they are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
